I really couldn't imagine my life without drinking being a part of it. Alcohol was everywhere and and seemed to be the thing to do. For many years, drinking was a big part of my life and lifestyle. How would I have fun? How would I unwind after a long day? The list was long. Sp what would my life look like without alcohol in it? Who would I be, how would I act?
With me as your guide and coach, you'll learn that most of patterns of behavior and habits are not your fault. You are not flawed in any way; and you are not powerless. That's nonsense. You are quite capable of change and with supportive coaching, you can expect lasting change to happen.
