What It’s Like to Work With Me
The work I offer is shaped not only by my training, but also by the meaningful changes I’ve made in my own life. I believe the most powerful coaching comes not just from what we study, but from what we’ve lived, practiced, and come to understand for ourselves.

I coach people who want to build a more fulfilling life, explore a different relationship with alcohol, or shift habits that no longer feel aligned with who they are.
My style is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that real change begins with honesty, self-trust, and small steps that feel doable in everyday life.

I take a holistic view of well-being—what helps us thrive, not just get by. I’m especially interested in everyday habits and choices that make deeper shifts possible over time. What draws me most is the inner work—self-awareness, mindset shifts, and self-trust—that helps change take root and last.
In my own life, I practice the same values through meditation, time in nature, an active lifestyle, meaningful time with family and friends, and continued study of human behavior.
